Netch and scorch animation cancelling

If you cancel animation of these abilities using barswap, then sometimes won't be casted at all. Like in the same manner Cliff Racer (not)worked.

I can confirm most abilities dont cast if you weapon swap unless half of the animation starts. You can block cancel but when it comes to weapon swapping you have to wait for the start of the animation.

Every ability feels like it has such a long cast time which is really annoying because the play style becomes really slow
