SOLVED: Issue I am having with a Sealed Crafting Writ

I currently am a Master Crafter in every profession, but alas do not have EVERY recipe or Motif completed.

I accidentally read a Sealed Provisioning Writ for a recipe I do not own (Withered Tree Venison Pot Roast) and so this Master Writ quest is waiting in my Quest Log until I get the recipe.

I have since then received a Sealed Woodworking Writ to make a Celestial Shield (which I can make)

UNFORTUNATELY the game will not let me accept the quest for it. I read the dialog but it will not respond at any input (E,1, clicking frantically on the words) except the goodbye option.

I first thought this was because I have the provisioning writ already in my Log, but upon looking at other people's screenshots, they are able to have more than 1 Master writ quest at a time.

Can anyone tell me what is going on here?

You can only have 1 master writ of each type at any given time
So you can have 1 master bs and 1 master woodworking, but not 2 master bs for example

There is a writ addon with a setting that will prevent master writs from being accepted.
