Open ticket request with glitch. Please help

I've been corresponding with ESO through email about items missing from my inventory.
I have a ticket number.
I've been answering their questions.
For the past 24+ hours, when I try to provide the information they are requesting, which I have, I'm getting an email from them saying I'm not responding from the email I originally used..... but.... I am. I've only used my current email. How can I rectify this?
