I just got my new iMac 3 days ago.
configuration is:
iMac Retina 4K 21,5 2017)
3,6 GHz Intel Core i7
16 GB RAM
Radeon 560 4GB
and I have to say: everything works perfekt in Ultra / High End. Crystalclear and smooth.

✭✭✭I don't own one myself, but ESO came out in 2014. I'd imagine the new iMac decently spec'd should run ESO without problems.1
