Queues and Load Screens

I decided to log into play Cyrodil tonight. I'm NA-PC-DC so the least populous faction for pvp. There is a queue of 40 for Vivac. This is the campaign that the pvp guild I have calls home. Ok, no problem... about 30 minutes later, I get the notification that I can enter Cyrodil. Ok, see the crossed swords go there... get ganked by a nightblade on the way to the swords (that happens, no complaint about that) but... in respawning at Bleakers... I hit a load screen.... I gave up after 25 minutes. ZOS, you have to do something. These load screens and queues need to go. Another CP campaign might fix some of the problem, but I doubt it. I can not imagine how long the queues in the AD and EP are as they are more populated factions. I hazard to guess their queues are hours long.
