ESO Morrowind + Purchasing Gold Edition

I bought Morrowind a few weeks ago, and now want to add on the 4 DLCs. Can I purchase the gold edition and use the code in there to get the 4 DLCs for my morrow game (disc)? Or are the DLCs on gold tied directly to the gold disc?

You don't need to buy Gold Edition to get the DLC. The DLCs can be purchased in-game from the Crown Store (after buying crowns with real money).

Edit: Almost forgot, subscribing gets you access to the DLC content for the duration of your subscription if you prefer to do that.

I know that, but the DLC is $40 with crowns or I can buy the gold version at Target for $30 and I have giftcards
