(PS4) love the 20 min penalty for when the client crashed in a BG

Is their really nothing you can do to identify the difference between the client crashing and someone immediately logging back in and someone that just left the BG on purpose? Cause I'm sure the team just goes without a player the rest of the time and they'd like them back to. The console literally reports that the client crashed from a problem. Please fix this BS
