Two copies of Morrowind (for administration)

I had pre-ordered the collector's edition of the new Morrowind expansion with the understanding that the steelbook case was going to contain a disc that had the Morrowind expansion on it and a code for the collector's edition bonuses on a separate sheet, like every game does. So, since my collector's edition of the game was delayed by Amazon, I digitally purchased the Morrowind expansion, believing that I could just give my friend the game from the collector's edition while I kept all of the bonus stuff. When I realized that the expansion was on the same code as the bonus content, I shrugged and used the code anyway, thinking that my friend could still play Morrowind on my Xbox account, like he was doing with the base game. Since this is not the case, would it be possible to for an administrator to deactivate one of my copies and then activate it on my friends account? I do not want a refund, just permissions to be switched from one account to another.

The CE code is on a separate piece of paper inside the steel cd case as expected. It is one code, the base game cannot be separated from the code. It is one code regardless if you use it as an upgrade or for a full installation .....

You will need to file a support ticket for any help with this, ZOS Mods typically do not handle account issues on the forums .....

I doubt they will deactivate the first code you used so you can give to a friend once the CE code arrives, but it is worth a try to ask support .....

If that fails, you should be able to apply the CE code to your account to receive any items not included with your upgrade .....

I'd love to submit a ticket, but I can't login to the support page because the "Login" button on the Login screen doesn't work. Trying to continue past that by selecting what kind of issue I have it gives me the options of posting to the forums or looking at the Wiki. So, hooray for modern product support.

Open an ingame ticket. No need to use the site if you can get into the game

What does it take for me to get attention from an administrator? Can't use your garbage support screen because it won't let me log in and the only way for me to get direct help is to either post here or submit a ticket in game which, lo and behold, has yet to garner a response. Remember when customer support was an actual thing and not pushed off for the community to handle?

Finally got in touch with customer support. They will refuse to move one of my copies of Morrowind to my friend's account and refuse to give me any sort of compensation despite all of the money I've spent in the game. Asking to speak to a manager caused them to reply with them closing the ticket. *** this game and *** their support. They give zero *** for any of their users.
