Sound distortion and constant lag spikes

Hi everyone, in the last 24 hours I have noticed a substantial increase in lag spikes and dropped frame rates. This just started happening and was wondering if anyone else was noticing this as well. Sound distortion is very bad as well. I have done all the technical "reboots" regarding my xbox and internet but some reason this is not resolving the issues. This is happening in any zones I spawn in even the least populated ones.

i haven't played properly for year or few sometimes just jumping in at times, & yesterday i decide to play a bit & i experienced same thing, in past i had little lag when i battled to close that oblivion gate, but this time it was worse i felt like any moment new my game will crash FPS at times wen to as low as 1-3, it wasn't all the time & sound also lagged, sound lagged sometimes even on normal combat, first time ever i experienced sound lag in a online game

EU PC Player, so its not just Xbox issue
