I run a friends and family guild since launch, with around 30 people, who is willing to take in new players who just want to chat, relax[we do have a Castle GuildHall overlooking Daggerfall:)], get some help and offer what help we can.
Some of us play every day, some once a month. Some go away for months and return. We dont kick people for being absent, real life takes priority.
The only game rule, due to a new player emptying the guild bank, is the Guild bank's withdraw system is closed to new players until we know your here to help.
The other is obvious, just be respective, we do have kids playing...or listening in the back ground.
