I got 4 solo queue games in this morning before work, and I'm happy to report that matchmaking worked flawlessly each time. I never waited more than 30 secs. Of the 4 games, only one had vastly unbalanced team sizes, which sucked, but at least was the minority of cases. The game performed well too. It never got laggy like Cyodiil, and the frame rate was steady.
My suggestions:
1. Remove resource poisons - they are so strong as to be essentially mandatory.
2. Reduce cap rate when multiple players are on a flag in domination - it makes balling up as a team the only viable strategy, and causes less dynamic gameplay.
3. Flag pickup needs a channel - instant pickup and run by tanks is just too effective.

Worked flawlessly on XBOX when I tried this morning. Can't wait to get back on tonight and play some more. Loved what I've seen so far. Only things that are a concerns to me are resource poisons and proc sets - both need to be toned down IMO.
Now that most of the launch day BS is over, I've played probably close to a dozen matches and can confirm that this is essentially what I've always wanted.

Poisons are more frustrating than proc sets to me. The most annoying thing is a battleground just ending early with no rewards when some team just quits. That penalizes everyone, which is NOT cool at all.
Also, if I like my team, let me stay in the queue with them for the next round! Yeah, and I cannot queue with another person at all. Basically other than getting right in via solo queue, the queue system sucks. PS4 here.
