Mighty vs melee weapon expert

Hello ladies and gentlemans. Has anyone played around with thoose two cp . After morrowind patch? Im currently running a stam dk pvp build. 1 hand and shield on front. At the back two handed. Which one shall i spend the most?

Depends how much you light/heavy attack. At most 50 points is what you want since diminishing returns is crazy.
