Might of the Guild and Concealed Weapon

On PS4 the mage guild passive "Might of the Guild" does not buff the damage of concealed weapon.
When you Lotus Fan and then concealed weapon there is no stun out of stealth. If Lotus leaves you in stealth then the concealed weapon should give the stun. If Lotus unstealths then it should give the stun.
