Cant pay my Xbox Live bill because of overdues from ESO plus I didn't use.

I havent played the game in like a month. I dont plan on paying for stuff I didn't use. Especially seeing as I already purchased your morrowind chapter that you wouldn't refund after releasing massive game changes.

Now I can't pay my Xbox live bill to play other games online without blowing a bunch of cash on the sub debt I didnt even use. Please help.

Also won't let cancel it.

Your issue is related to accounts and subscriptions, you will probably not get much help from ZOS on the forums because of this.

No they should be contacting Xbox support not ZeniMax as the subscription is managed and handled at Xbox.com under subscription once you log in

I canceled my sub after only two months, as i kept seeing emails that i was charged for my two months but they never took money from my accounr. So thinking well i dont want it all to hit at once ill just cancel and be done with it. Shady buisness practice imo.

Cancelling subscriptions on Xbox can only be done on their website (as NewBlackSmurf mentioned).

- Go to xbox.com
- Sign in
- Click your name/icon in the upper right
- Select Subscriptions
- ESO should be listed there

As for getting a refund, submit a ticket and good luck
