Locked in jail [ Quest Bug ]

Doing the quest Breaking through the fog and I got put in jail but when the NPC came to open the door she picked the lock and I can't get out, E is greyed out
I mean I know its jail and I'm not meant to get out but come on lol
I couldn't use /stuck as I only had 8 gold, had to get someone to send some to me
