Hi, firstly the title case is harsh to read...

You seem like a nice guy and morrowind will make it a little harder to gank, but it can be done and you can do it.

Your race is perfect and should be a vampire, mundus should be shadow, all points into Stam all weapon damage and Stam enchants etc blah blah..

Your food should be max health and Stam, you can go max mag but that's how u get instakilled.

    Gear(all divines) and all sharpened
To be a monster you're gonna need a sharpened viper bow,

    2 velidreth
    4 viper + 1 bow = 5
    4 shadow walker + 1 2H = 5

    That's best case

You want to use the stuff you have,

    1 kragh
    5 viper
    5 spriggan

    Important:
Disease damage enchant on the bow.
CP split between physical damage, direct damage and crit damage
CP into magicka recovery(if you can make 1 enchant mag regen it will go a long way)

    Skills and rotation:

    2H- rally , relentless focus , double take , mass hysteria , vigor , U: berseker strike

Bow- lethal arrow , ambush , surprise attack , shadowy disguise , radiant magelight , U: incapacitating strike or flawless dawnbreaker

    1. (From stealth) buff with rally and relentless focus
    2. Buff with magelight for empower (if u have mages guild 10 like any serious ganker who doesn't F about)

Skip 2 if mage guild not at 10 and put your evil hunter

    3. Shadowy disguise
    4. Lethal arrow -> you should be tapping that ambush hard now -> you should be tapping that surprise attack now -> if not dead incap strike.

It's a very smooth motion and 5 attacks happen in a second, less damage on bow yeah, but it's about speed.

    GOODLUCK

Your setup is fine make sure your golded out weapons and probably most of all is picking the right target and even wait for their buffs to run out, it's a waiting game
Also have an escape ready like immovable, invisibility or speed potions you'll need them :)

Ganking is a tough one. I run a bow gank stamblade right now. I can offer some tips, but it requires a lot of time to master NB ganking.

Sets: your sets sound great. I'm assuming it's c160 stuff. For pvp you want a mix of divines and impen. That's a balance of offense and defense...but right now a stamblade needs 3+ impen or else you're going to get slaughtered. Gold gear is helpful, but don't break your bank feeling like it's essential. The upgrade isn't that dramatic...except for weapons, which you really do want gold. It's about a 15-20% dps boost from gold to purple. And w a dual wield setup you have room for a monster helm set. That'd help.

Mundus: your crit chance is high. That's good, but it's a little excessively high. For pvp, the shadow might be better. It boosts crit damage by 12%, which I feel performs better than the thief.

Skills: looks solid. The only thing I'm seeing potential for is maybe magelight on your back bar if you get magelight guild up and can invest in might of the guild. This offers a 20% boost to your opening attack...it's VERY helpful for a ganker. I mean...actually...it offers the boost to any ability used after magelight. So you could even magelight, gank attack, magelight again, ultimate. But magelight isn't absolutely necessary.

Weapon damage: it's really low for pvp. I'm not sure where you're running low exactly, but you need it up closer to 3500.

A lot probably comes from champion points, and there's not much you can do here except slowly earn them over time and make sure you're investing the blue ones wisely...mostly in mighty. (Refer to Alcasthq.com, his builds always have a 300 CP variant, which can be useful for lower CP characters). Some could also be the need for gold weapons and maybe gold weapon damage jewelry enchants. Right now stamblades in pvp are all about power. You cut through their defense and kill, or you cloak and run like heck.

Choosing targets: this is where ganking becomes an art. You want to pick a weak player in a moment where they're unprepared. This takes lots and lots of practice...learning to recognize what class someone is, and what ability they're casting. It's a lot of trial and error...meaning you die a lot. Early on, maybe it'd be helpful to turn combat text on and do some wall And tower ganking. This can help you learn how hard you can expect any particular attack to hit, and how easy/hard it is to damage through their defenses.

Fight or flight: a ganker shouldn't press every attack they launch. Sure...many will be an ambush, then you're committed a bit, lol. But learn to watch how much damage your initial attack does, and how much of their health is drained. If an attack does 1500 damage, you're not going to win and you need to call it off and cloak away. If you do 10k damage but it's only 1/10th of their bar, you hit a tank...cloak away. You're looking for a first hit that does 8-12k and drains a huge chunk of health. Then you give it your all and destroy them.

Play like a nightblade, not like a knight: one reason that nightblades are hard to master is that it isnt all about button mashing. There has to be some psychological warfare if you're going to gank well. While in a safe pvp zone, take a look at your camera. What's your field of vision? What is easy to see, and what's add to make out? When you're attacking, say, resource guards, what are you seeing on screen and what are your blind spots? A good nightblade learns to confuse and irritate their enemy. In face to face fights, you're dead. When it gets up close and personal, cloak and move behind them. Don't let them get a bead on you. Be fast and annoying. One ability that might help is shadow image...the morph where you can transport back to it. If a NB is moving all the heck over the place, and you never know where they are,,they're downright terrifying. Learn to be terrifying.

Choosing location: find places to gank that you're comfortable with. I mean...you don't always get to pick precisely where the enemy is, but at least try to make the most of whatever terrain you find yourself in. Trees and rocks can make you hard to spot, and can provide cover to escape. Hitting from a spot that's harder to get to can protect you.

Be a supplemental ganker: joining a small group, or even running solo in areas where friendly players are, can really help. Move around in stealth, and then when you find some of the 1v1 or 1v2 battles position yourself and be patient. Wait for it...your friendly get the enemy to 1/2 or 1/3 health...NOW jump in and complete the kill.

Gank com comrados: right now the meta is all heavy armor blah blah blah builds. It's hard to cut through them solo. A two person gank squad, or even a small group can be quite effective. The friend I play with would never gank without me...he doesn't like pvp enough to play the high pressure solo gank. But we play together and it helps him get way more kills.

Legerdemain, in case you missed it: getting this line to level 16 allows you to invest 4 skill points to reduce the stamina cost of sneak by 40%. Invest this time. I grind it by filling up in easy spots and fencing my daily max. Easy spots: the orsinium inn complex, or the two ships docked in Daggerfall. On new characters I spend a point to allow 110 fence sales and 110 launders per day. I grab junk and fence it...in 10-15 sessions I get my legerdemain to 16, easy peasy. The increased sneak capabilities are hugely helpful in pvp.

Hopefully these help. If you have questions, respond here using @davey1107 in the post, and the forum will notify me to check back. Happy to help.

For PVP, you would want Swords instead of Daggers while ganking if using DW. Also you want Shadow Mundus as others mentioned. Be picky with targets. Duo gank is def easier.

If you are in CP campaign and trying to gank at~200 CP you are going to have a bad time.

I would look into Onslaught builds. Also check out Archer's Mind set.

Weapon damage is low, have you tried weapon damage enchants?

      I try to use:
Bow Heavy Attack, Poison Injection, Ambush, Flying Blade, Incap --> Done

Could throw in a Crippling Grasp for cc in there too.

Just answering the title. Go find another game. Thats how you improve your ganking. If you want to fight a fair fight, thats another matter.
Power level to CP160 in a week:
Where is the end game? You just played it.
Why don't I have 300+ skill points? Because you skipped content along the way.
      Where is new content? Sigh.

crouch- grim focus- rally- focused aim- poison inject- light attack *bar swap* ambush-light attack-surprise attack weave- (if theyre not an easy target use mass hysteria here)- killers blade/execute (if using 2h).

also you don't wanna try to gank pple if they have a lot of health. generally I wont try to gank anyone over 26k health unless I'm in a duo. also watch for pple with damage shields, experienced sorcs keep shields up all the time for this reason but sometimes you can find some that think theyre safe and have their shields down, these guys are easy kills with their 12k life.

I have 2 stam blades, one red one yellow.
red set up- dual wield (axe/sword)/bow
      5 spriggans/5 viper

      yellow set up- 2h sword/bow
      red mountain/spriggans

when using red mountain keep in mind you want to use weapon skills. for example use crit rush instead of ambush. execute instead of killers blade etc. cause weapon skills proc the set.

one last thing. all your weapons should be sharpened. keep in mind tho that if you ever feel inclined to gank someone with a damage shield that physical penetration granted by sharpened doesn't do anything against shields. youd better be bringing the heat!

If you have to bring a group to gank one person, that's not a gank anymore it's just a trashy surprise Xv1. Meanwhile if I'm having a good 1v1 and have the enemy down to 1/3 health I sure don't need nor want some second rate ganker's "help" to steal a killing blow they couldn't secure on their own.

One way to start learning to gank is to haunt siege lines and pick off players who don't keep their buffs up and just stay on siege. Or time your attack when they get back on their siege for the next shot. It gains you a bit of time to get more damage in while you practice -- or an extra second to get away if you need to. Plus it's actually helping your faction, you may have a respawn close by, and you'll get a d-tick if the defense (that you contributed to) goes well.

yep, gear and build is mostly fine (increase physical harm enchants in jewelry will help if you haven't already applied them)...

someone above mentioned it - target selection is key...ganking is super hard these days...can't tell you how many folks just bounce off of me - very rare someone is able to burst me down - even when i'm on a charactwr whom wears all or mostly light armor...

also, learn about "battle spirit"...the damage you do in cyro is much different than in pve...

the campaign I play in is mostly filled with max level cp players...ganking has gotten very hard to do well these days...

I'm going to have to redo rotations and slotted skills. These changes seem big a lot of us will be flubbing. My heavy bow opener is crying - reduced stealth damage and heavy damage and you can no longer hold the bows heavy charge indefinitely. Ouch!

Used to open with buffs Including magelight heavy attack opener - wpn swap - ambush - incap. I had trouble opening with lethal arrow in the past people hear it cast and they're blocking before you get a hit in. You often end up with no element of surprise. One thing I like no one else suggested is I use clever alchemist. You want burst right, that set you can craft or pay someone a few k to craft and gives 600+ damage when you need it and you can choose when to activate it. Chug a trash potion and make that opener hurt. That and spriggans for me. I used to get runs of a half dozen cut down in a row, one at a time, now... we'll see.

Remember viper doesn't proc off bow attack anymore. Or crit. Havent used it since those changes. Hence the spriggans for me.

Weapon damage seems a bit low but with spriggan that may be fine.

When I was purge gank spec with wood elf I had ~6k weapon damage but only 900 stam regen. So kill in 1 second or die in 2 seconds.

The crit bonus from stealth is gone as of the latest patch though with resource management being changed you may see more medium/light armor targets to help compensate.
