There are a number of players that have worked out typing certain things in chat can lag out everyone's game in that chat (so zone/guild etc).
There are a couple of solutions to this that Zenimax MUST implement to prevent this.
1) We need a MUTE button. Not the generic block via PSN method - that only lasts until you relog and then the player remains blocked on PSN but is free to spam chat as much as they like - plus it's limited on how many you can have blocked/muted.
2) Bans being handed out to anyone doing this. They are clearly doing so with the intent to disrupt the servers.
