So I want to say sorry for the length of the video but to explain this much I could not make it any shorter. So in this video I go over a lot of information into combat changes with Morrowind and DPS in both medium and heavy along with resource return and recovery and some other info that many players do not know. Thanks and sorry it is so long I tried to cut it down but there was alot to explain. The shortest I got it down to was this other wise its 1:30 in total time and did not want to put people through that. I will come back to these talking points after launch in a more spread out way.
