Falling from the mount

I'm okay with ganking, as you should be aware all the time and there's lot of counters to it.

I'm okay with load of burst within seconds.

I'm okay with the fact that there's not really lot of time to react while you're being ganked.

What i certainly am not okay with, is the mind boggling over-stun when people fall of from mount.

Even my great great grandma with amputee hand and Alzheimer has enough time to kill people felt from mount, with nothing but wooden stick.

That is so fked up. I'm okay that you are stunned until you've felt to the ground, but you should be able to break free right after.

But, working as intended i guess...

It's annoying but I think most of those times we get stuck falling from a mount is due to lag TBH. There have been times when I've gotten knocked off and able to immediately break cc and other times when I get knocked off, my toon stands there as if nothing happened then does a slow animation where he lays on the ground and no amount of mashing trigger buttons will break cc

Think that's just part of the game man

out of mount stamina and get hit well riding? be prepared for a 25 second stun lol.
get hit from stealth while mounted but havent run out of riding stam? you can now break free instantly.
moral of the story is upgrade mount stamina

I love ganking people on their mounts. I know it's annoying...I don't do it to *** people off, but killing mounted riders almost always means a long delay in keeping someone from assaulting one of our keeps. It's war...sorry.

If it helps, in my experience people can avoid a sure death on a mount by reacting quickly and decisively. If someone I'm sniping stays on their mount, they're likely dead because I usually time my attacks to ensure I have enough shots off to dismount them...thereby stunning them if they survive, whereupon they die. Others will get off the mount and react immediately, whether going into sneak or buffing or whatever. Most dismounting attacks will be ranged...usually the attacker will be far enough away that if you go into sneak they can lose track of you.

yeah, maybe the whole stamina&mounts thing could need some love. it's very annoying that most people can just ride right through you and avoid a 1v1. IF you mange to make a player fall from the mount, hwoever, it's as you described: pretty mucgh a guaranteed kill.

imho it would be nice if it was easier to dismount (especially when alone as non-ganker) and hand less impact on the fight (some is okay, though).

that said, it's certainly not the biggest and most urgent issue one would want to improve

thanks @davey1107 ...great advice...i used to try to out ride the bow shots while on mount - but, the poison can kill you that way...definitely better to get off your mount once that second arrow hits...

it isnt just pvp, getting knocked off a mount by pew pew NPCS is annoying, then you have to sit through a dumb animation of getting up.
