FPS Lag on MAC after Patch v2.7.13

Hello.
I haven't logged into ESO in a while, however I know that after I had downloaded the latest patch, my in game performance has dropped dramatically. I used to get around 50+ fps in various zones, and only receive lower amounts of frame rate during combat, and other instances. My gameplay sessions have always been a good constant rate of fps and that was only when I had my settings turned down quite a bit. Now however I am receiving around 25 fps and less everywhere. I don't know the cause, but I'm only assuming it's due to the latest patch. I had also downloaded the PTS version of ESO recently, but only launched it once and haven't played it. I don't know if that matters or not, but mentioned it anyway. I hope someone can help me.
