Stamplar builds in morrowind

Hey guys, I'm working on a new stamplar now and want to have him ready for pvp when morrowind drops. Right now I main a stam DK in pvp but with impending nerfs he may become unplayable.
I'm pretty new to stamplar, I have a pve magplar but pretty unfamiliar with good sets and how they play.
Right now I'm thinking of using S&B/2H with ravager and maybe a regen set or proc set (depending how hard it is to maintain resources)

Could use some suggestions and general tips, right now I'm really excited about the 8m knockback coming on javelin. Can't wait to knock pple off the tops of keeps :P

How about hulking draugr? Think that'll be decent? I'm about to go re-read the patch notes to see if there's defining skills that are "nerf if max stam is above X, buff if below"
I was playing BWB last night (my dudes only lvl 11 or something) and was having a hard time knocking pple off keeps, I know it's do able cause I've seen it done before but maybe I just need to position better

Ravager/bone pirate is still a good combo. 8m javelin is a nerf because it will knock them out of melee range. 5m was enough to knock people off keeps before.
