Is server crowding causing me connection issues?

It seems when the server is very crowded, I am getting huge lag and disconnection issues. When this happens, I can't log in. I can get to character screen, then loading screen, then I get an error that I can't connect.

It seems like whenever this happens to me, the server is extremely crowded. I'm happy that ESO is doing so well and that there are lots of people playing, but when I can't connect, it's a bummer. If this has to do with server load -- I don't know how the "mega-server" works -- could you make it a little less crowded please?

EDIT: My internet is working fine and I'm able to log in and play other online games without any problem when this is happening with ESO.

@Blud : Please post your inquiry in the Customer Support section of this forum, in the appropriate sub-section for the platform you're using, because what you describe is probably not caused by a bug in the game software. Also send an e-mail message to Customer Support via the SUPPORT feature which has a hyperlink to it in the banner of this forum page.
