This set seems interesting, even though it's been around a while. The five piece bonus applies Major Defile, just like the S&B skill Reverberating Bash.

"When you deal melee damage, you apply Major Defile to the enemy for 5 seconds, reducing their healing received by 30%. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds."

Here's what I'm wondering though. Does it affect multiple players simultaneously on a melee AoE attack? Or is it just one player every five seconds?

IDK. I had an idea for a ravager / cyrodiils crest dw/2h stamplar. Especially with dots and power of the light. Seems strong if it could work with steel tornado. Interested in anyone's findings

So no one knows? It seems like other sets with global cooldowns might be a clue. As soon as one player is hit, does that mean no one else can be hit for 5 seconds?

It only affects the closest target once per 5 seconds when you damage them. It's a very good set, but I found it to be lacking in 1vX. Don't really need the healing debuff against scrubs. It's also useless vs. shields.
