Graphics settings locked

Hello.

As the tittle says, is this still going after months of being reported?
I mean, the default settings are "high" and when i try to changed it to "medium" it wont load anymore.
I have to restart the game and in the log in screen change the settings to "default" in order to being able to play the game......

Any word from zenimax lately?
