Forum "jump to quoted post" feature broken?

When you quote someone post by clicking dedicated "Quote" button which automatically opens "new post" page and inserts appropriate quote into text field, after publishing the post it will tell you who wrote the quoted text and then a little » mark after name was always supposed to bring you directly to the original place where post was made.

Recently I noticed that clicking this » symbol instead of bringing you to source of post shows

"Page Not Found
The page you were looking for could not be found."

Is anybody experiencing similar issue?
