Copying NPC dialogue not allowed?

Hey, I'm trying to update some pages on a wiki with the ESO NPC dialogue trees. I tried using an old addon called "Dialog2Clipboard" for it and I got the message: "Addon attempted to illegally copy text." I was wondering if anyone could tell me if this is just a technical problem with an old mod or if copying NPC dialogue for quest guide purposes is forbidden by ToS and I could get banned for it?
Update: I messaged the customer service asking whether copying NPC dialogue is okay and they replied me with: "At this time, we cannot provide any additional information concerning this topic. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience." So... who should I try asking next?
