The True Black Hand is a new Guild in Elder Scrolls online.
On the N.A server, no set fraction, anyone welcomed , 18+

We welcome beginners into the guild.

If your looking for help with dungeons, to gerenal Pve , or just looking to make friends and gain some exp, then come join us .
