Unable to install game. ZOS need help.

So Zos and the infinite wisdow will not allow you to install the base game and pts on two different drives. So i had to uninstalled the game from my 100Gb drive and move it to my 1TB drive. This would allow me to run and install both the base game and pts. Now the game will not install at all!!! I get random error, i am now on my 13th time trying to install the game! I uninstall after every failed attempt because it has been leaving writing files. I get unknown file error and unable to write errors. This needs to be fixed!!!

Here is that report file, also the repair function does not work when it fails, I have to restart the launcher and it goes straight into a 6-7gb download.

So i managed to get the launcher to the play button, but game crashes as soon as I get the flying Zenimaz White square on start up. I tried to force repair/verify and the launcher sits there and does nothing for two hours.

With the game launcher not responding to the repair command and game crashes using the .exe, decided to go for install attempt 14.

So after the last two fails I tried finding all the ESO files that were hidden and deleted them. I removed minion and all addon info. I then reformatted both hard drives on the computer. Waiting on install now! If this doe not work, will try using steam, don't know if that will work but running out of options on my end.

So after the double drive reformat I an getting Content Write Failed with 28.Mb left at 25%. ZOS please help.

Now at 30% and 14921.33 Mb remaining I get a Error 1023-OSerror_unknown
