Missing Fortified Nirncrux for the 2nd time in a month

hi, I've just noticed my fortified nirncrux is missing, I only have 1 in my eso craft bag. This is 2nd time I've noticed them missing, 1st time I wrote a complaint and nothing was done about the problem. This time what happened was I was receiving nirn from doing the anniversary boxes, last week when I counted the fortified nirn I had 7, tonite I have 1. I have not made anything with nirn or gave it away to anyone. can someone please look into this and find a solution plz, I need my nirncrux, as you know they are hard to get and take lots of farming. thank you

If you haven't already submit a ticket in game. There should be an option for missing items which you can fill out more information for them.

The support team via tickets are the main ones for help, if they can't help and you still feel it's a big issue you can try posting the ticket number on here in hopes a ZOS member will pick it up and look into it.

Also just to confirm you're not sharing the account with anyone or accidentally put these into a bank?

hi, I previously submitted an ingame ticket and they said they couldn't help me and asked me to join the forums because the ZOS usually look in here and help solve problems. the ticket #170307-001827. I just checked my eso bag again 2 days ago and now I have 13 fortified, 1 p nirn (which I used 2 days ago). also I have mimic stones that won't go into my eso bag, they just stay in my inventory or the banks inventory. but all my previous one's are in the eso bag, I did forget to mention this in my forum msg and ticket. that's not a big deal, but their is something wrong. and I am not sharing my account with anyone else.

(1) It is very strange that the numbers of Nirncrux change if you have not done anything to cause the change. The most likely cause would probably be an add-on, one which accesses the bank when you use the Bank feature, and/or accesses the character's bags when you use the Inventory feature. If memory serves, there are instructions in the Support Knowledge Base which explain how to determine whether an add-on is causing a malfunction: help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home

Another thing that you should do is to quit the game, then use the Launcher's Game Options menu choice to Repair Files. If any of the ESO files are corrupted or outdated, then that will be remedied. Always use the Launcher feature to Repair Files after each and every time that the game client crashes, because there is a risk that the files it had open at the time were corrupted as a result of the crash.

(2) For what it is worth, when I purchased Crown Mimic Stones to craft an item that had a rare motif (with a correspondingly rare, and expensive, style material), the Mimics were put into the character's primary bags, and not into the Crafting bag. However, after I logged-out of the character, and subsequently selected to play that character again, a Notification was received which said that the Mimics had been added to the Crafting Bag.

If that does not happen, then, yes, there is something wrong. Of course, if you deposit Mimic Stones into the bank, they occupy storage space, and will remain until they're used or withdrawn. However, all of your characters have access to use them for style material at any blacksmithing, clothing, or woodworking crafting station. All of your PCs also have access to use them for style material while Mimic Stones are stored in the Crafting Bag, which is also shared among your PCs.
