Another VMA on XB1 is bugged post

Because every day i run it i get angrier. Lets see, today my abilities were not working, and im gonna make another post about this because there is a vigor bug where its going off but has no animation. But other skills are catching up, like for example when i use light attack surprise attack, its not hitting the enemy for like 1-2 seconds after i do it. There is a delay, and it has caused my death a few times because i go to execute but the delay has the enemies attack hitting first (because they are still alive when they should be dead) and then i die. Some would say play more cautiously, but its still a bug. The whole things buggy. Still crashing as well, on round 3 today. Ill say it again, can i please get a response or some insight into this? are you gonna fix it and do you know even about it? And i never grab the quest anymore because i hear it helps, but it seems it doesn't..
