Puncturing Sweep bug returns

Again I have the bug when fighting with Puncturing Sweep it gets stuck with my fire Staff replacing it's model for a while, then I fire from Puncturing Sweep instead of seeing the Staff and also in time period when the Puncturing Sweep animation is stucked I cannot pick any loot from dead creatures or chests or interact in general. It ends after a minute or two, which is annoying since I need to stay at the place awaiting to pick my loot.
Please don't ignore it, especially that I raise this ticket as a sub
