Vampire Lord + Soul Shine...

The Vampire Lord armor set grants vampiric abilities up to a 400 point damage bonus for wearing all 5 pieces...
The Soul Shine armor set is supposed to buff all channelled and cast time abilities by up to 460 points for wearing all 5 pieces...
With that in mind, shouldnt Soul Shine be buffing the damage of Vampiric abilities? At current Soul Shine is not and it should based on the descriptions provided by both armor sets...
Devs, you think you guys can look into this?
