Late night Vet Trials guild seeks new members to fill slots for core group. HM and Vet MoL

Thank you very much for taking the time to view our post. As the title says we, Solemn and Grimora, are a late night guild. Our time schedule is based on PST. With the advent of daylight savings time our participation in raids has gotten rather slim. We are a small guild of about 100 with usually around 30 active and are very tightly knit. So if you are looking for a place that treats you like an actual guildie instead of just another number out of 500, we might be the place for you. It should go without saying that we expect our guildies to treat us the same. We are looking for people who are dedicated to putting in the work to get where you want to be. We treat you as a real part of our guild, and we expect you to treat us as a main guild, not some place where you can snag good players to fill slots for your other raids. We need a solid group of core raiders who can consistently make raid times so we can get begin to make Leaderboard scores.

Now, what can we offer you? What makes Solemn and Grimora worth joining? Here are a few bullet points:

• We have cleared all Vet versions of Craglorn trials and have just begun to work on Vet MoL.
• You can look forward to very calm, non aggressive raid calling. None of this, "GOD DAMN IT STAY OUT OF THE @#%$ING RED YOU STUPID MOTHER #@#$ER, I SWEAR TO GOD IF I SEE IT ONE MORE TIME I'M GOING TO LOOSE MY $#!%!"
• Very cool and collected raiding comrades who don't rage quit and aren't easily discouraged.
• We are friendly and love to joke around, and there is no judgemental or elitist attitudes here.
• We have a very nice Guild Hall where you can test your dps on both a 3mil health and 6mil health dummy.
• We offer help and assistance to get your DPS up to where you want it to be. (We have members in our guild who regularly pull 30k+ single target DPS.)
• We also offer help and assistance to tanks and healers to help them farm the gear they need.
• We have a guild trader in Rawl'kha Outlaws Refuge.
• We have other guild events like Auctions, Raffles, Raider Incentives (Rewards for achieving a certain benchmark in your role), and a Spoils of War event (Where we give out free stuff to the entire guild if we achieve something new)

When are our raid times?

• Vet Trials Monday and Wednesday 10PM PST (Usually a 3 hour allotment for raiding) and Saturday 6PM PST (open ended raiding time)
• Norm Trials Tuesday & Thursday 7PM PST (Usually an assortment of Craglorn trials done quickly for farming, or for training new members on what to expect in Vet)

The main purpose of this post is to try and recruit solid raiders who are interested in progressing WITH us not coming in when all the work has been done so you can scoop up your free achievements and gold jewelry. We are looking for ALL roles but with a special emphasis on HEALERS and TANKS. This being said, I want to say that casual players are welcome also! But as it stands we do have quite a few casual players already. And this guild is NOT looking to grow to be 500 players. So if you are casual or not ready to be a part of Vet progression you will need to contribute in other ways!
