So, stumbled upon this bug. Either its a bug, or a graphical error on my client. If someone could please try this out themself and see if they get the same, then please confirm it here 
If it is NOT something with my client, then its just a small tiny bug, but just throwing it out there
How I get this
Go to the edge of the pool, closest to stairs. Jump slowly in the other direction. Keep doing until it happens. To get rid of it, just walk away.

AbbieGoth✭✭This bug has been around for at least a year, and it's not just Belkarth, either. I don't know what kind of visual bug it is, but this also happens with the water basins in Alik'r and even with the pools in the houses like Mathiisen Manor and Hunding's Palatial Hall.PC/NA Server - Max CP
