Unable to load character

One of my characters refuses to load in. I have no problems loading in the other characters but this one character gets to the load screen (Stormhaven) and the game won't load in and I get 'Elder Scrolls Online (Not Responding)'. As I was hoping to level this character, this is a bit annoying.

✭✭✭✭✭It's really weird the game stops responding, but I'll give you some ideas to try if you haven't.
While in character select, change your settings to minimum. Try logging in. It won't be pretty, but it may work.
Restart your computer. I doubt this will help, but if ESO is stopping responding, maybe something wonky is going on.
If you have time to spare, try logging in during a less busy time.
