Cannot enchant crafted julianos armor
I have some artifact grade cp 160 magicka enchants in my inventory and want to enchant some of my armor pieces with them.
Sadly the game gives me the message i have no glyphs available for enchanting.

✭✭✭✭✭It's hard to tell from the picture, but is the armor cp160? That's the only reason I can think of right away for why the enchant wouldn't show up as an option.2
