Permanent Aura Add-On?

I was wondering if there's such thing as a permanent aura add-on that doesn't go away when the buff timer is out (until you cast a new buff with an aura)
It's probably not out there, but is it even possible or allowed? I am wondering solely for the reason being behind the white glow on weapons that evil hunter gives and would LOVE to have it active most of the time without having the reclick it every 5 seconds.

What you are asking sounds more like an automation program instead of an addon and thus strictly against the rules.0 -
ArtOfShred✭✭✭As far as I know its not possible to spawn or extend a particle effect in the API. Best chances would be if we could talk ZOS into making your blade glow passively with Evil Hunter slotted. I miss that :-(0
