But regarding ease of farming and BiS, I disagree. You have to consider how to get your gear. It could take you months to get that staff. That time is better spent actually PvP'ing. Normally you'd be right without objections, but this particular item is just exceedingly rare.

ZOS had the chance to implement dungeon sets with the AP bags, but noooo... MUST GRIND MOARRR!!!

Don't you need fire enchantment to reliably proc it? that means losing out on the spell-dmg enchant you'd otherwise have on your resto staff - lessening the effective benefit of BSW.

It's no more rare than any other weapon. I've farmed them on 2 accounts AND helped others farm them as well. It's a long grind, but it can be done solo and in a week or less with chests...0 -

Man come farm it with me then lol I've been farming that place for weeks with no luck on a sharpened inferno staff. I'm running 5 BSW, 4 front bar/5 back bar Lich, maelstrom inferno sharp and 1 molag kena and it's just ridiculous damage in pvp. I've never tried the chest farming. Sounds legit though. How many chests can you get to without having to clear mobs? I can solo it on normal and vet... but I'd rather not because of the time consumption it takes lol0 -

I was talking about the 900 regen days of old, which wouldn't be realistic now.
With three damage sets of yours, I'm guessing you got regen poison and weapon enchants to get your sustain, which is fine. I chose Lich not only for regen, but also the backbar proc, and I don't like Alchemist. I'm assuming that's your second five piece?
Oh, and Minor Magickasteal. Keep in mind you can cleanse it.

I run Necropotence, Willpower and Alchemist, and I use the food from the witches festival which gives max magicka and magicka regen (think it's about 450) I don't get health but that's fine cause I get 2 health bonuses from alchemist and also have 24% in max health bonses from undaunted, entropy, having a pet active and 1 of heavy and am still at 22.5k health

Witchmother gives you 300 regen. You not only lose health, but also magicka with it. I used it in non-CP, was pretty good. But I wanna keep my health and magicka up, so I'm trying to build around blue food. I'll probably switch back to Witchmother mith Morrowind, perhaps. Hm...
Anyway, I don't care how mighty your paper stats are. I'm not gonna bother in Cyro with you alone. I'll have my group chase you down while your familiar is stuck in my mines.
Pets are awesome for duels, but I'm talking open world PvP here, and there they suck.
On a personal side note, I don't consider myself on a high horse. I'm above average player. I simply don't believe in the chosen one miracle builds. We've got a meta in this game, with this class. There's reasons why most people have been using the same stuff for ages. So I am very doubtful when someone comes up and claims to have revolutionized the class (exaggeration for dramatic effect). I'm guessing you didn't read my post at all, I'm not using witchmothers, I use MAGICKA and MAGICKA REGEN food, no health from it. I'm at 22k health and 50k magicka.
They really don't suck, I've been playing this build with pets for a long time before homestead, I play DW sorc and would *** on you and your group. What server are you?0 -

Yes, ghastly eyes or something along them lines.
Alchemist alone doesn't make up for it, having undaunted, a pet and entropy on the front bar does.

In PvP:
Pirate Skeleton + Lich + Spinner (as long as you use Pirate Skeleton you're fine though, everything else doesn't really matter)@ Izaki #PCEU

Also, regarding the Shadow Mundus stone, someone was telling crit is useless in PVP due to some mechanic change. Or is that Crit damage with a Monster set?
