UI Error when attempting to hire guild trader.

I have reported this numerous times. Question Reference # 170129-002717 Was told this was a known issue that you are working on, but the problem continues. I cannot hire a trader at all. Have been unable to hire one for months now. I'm a guildmaster, which makes this a critical error. I've have had to have a fellow guild member do the hiring. What's the status on this issue? It appears to be tied to using Remote Play on a Macintosh computer. Have left and rejoined the guild, deleted game data, done everything support has asked me to do - still no joy.
