Infallible Aether never does "off balance" and does not stack with "Exploiter"

Hello!

Following the forum rules:

Platform: PC EU
Character name: Valera Pozhar
Setup used: 5x elegance; 5x Infallible Aether; VMA lightning staff
Skills used: elemental blockade and heavy attack

Problem: 5x Infallible Aether applies Minor Invulnerability to the target, but these targets can't get "concussion" and because of this, these targets do not get "off balance" and that means - no "exploiter" bonus while using 5x Aether.

Test: during two runs of VMA put mobs "off balance" three times during whole runs - only when I put elemental blockade and didn't start heavy attack before target got "off balance" and I couldn't understand why my heavy attack ticks got around 35% DPS buff. Happened just couple of times and that forced me to test it on target skeleton. Killed 5 normal target skeletons just using elemental blockade and lightning staff heavy attack - not a single "off balance".

I do understand that Aether gives same debuff as "concussion" and this is why one overwrites the other, but there should be an independent chance to set enemies "off balance".

I noticed this too. Aether overwrites it, so stop your healers from using it it takes away more damage than it gives the group...

Dude, I dont think target skelly can be set off balance.
May be wrong but ive never seen it happen.

Dude, I dont think target skelly can be set off balance.
May be wrong but ive never seen it happen.

Yes it can be set off-balance, everything can be set off-balance:

You see it in the video. Medium weaves consume off-balance and knock enemies down.
