Apprentice Tree, 10CP Unlock Vengeance needs to be on an ICD - 5-8 seconds IMO. As it currently stands, sitting in the middle of a zerg block casting giving HA/S&B combo essentially 100% crit as Vengeance reactivates before the next skill can go off. This negates the need to utilize any crit itemization when you can just get free crits by getting beat on.
