Dunmer passive and vampire

Was wondering:
Vampires take more fire dmg which is the biggest downside from running vamp in pvp.
However dunmer passive gives fire resistance. I was wondering how much this negates the vampire affliction?
After searching a long time I found it was about 3% or so (so not much). Anyone got any accurate/up to date numbers on this?
