Crystal Shard animation broken and breaking hit registering

I haven't admittedly played my sorcerer much since Homestead, but shortly after that I started noticing a very bad bug with Crystal Blast(the morph I chose of Crystal Shard).
The animation is severely broken. After you are shown summoning the crystal before it shoots, the crystal then goes out to the character's left and/or to their feet after that before it will fire, doubling the time it takes to fire and hit the enemy at least.
Now, this isn't just visual. The enemy will only show a visual hit and health drop after this full bugged animation has played out.
There is only one event where it actually works as intended. You have to have perfect timing spamming the skill for it to work as fast as intended since the next skill animation starts as it should, after 1 second of animating the first, and forces it to fire at the enemy earlier than it does when not spammed. But this doesn't help if you want to activate anything else or get the timing off and have to wait for the longer animation to play out.

This makes this skill absolutely horrible and half the damage per second that was intended.

This is on NA server pc client. I also use gamepad mode but haven't seen that affect skills in any way before.

    I retested and on enemy killing blow Crystal Blast definitely waits for the full, double length, bugged animation before the enemy dies and stops attacking, even on mudcrabs.


    Also another very bad bug with the Dark Magic skill line:

    Encase/Shattering Prison do not deal damage "when the effect ends" like "Purifying Light" starts healing "when the effect ends". Instead it waits until the enemy is no longer immobilized/rooted, which if reapplied doesn't happen.

    A similar bug to the above happens with Encase and the passive "Blood Magic" where it will only heal on the first time it hits an enemy if you use it again before the enemy is able to move despite the passive saying "heals on hitting an enemy with a dark magic skill".
    This Blood Magic bug is by far the worst part of this as it is a big part of sustained survival for a sorcerer that uses these dark magic skills.

    Please fix this.
