West coast groups/guilds on NA Trueflame

Hi all,
I've noticed a steady decline in organized PvP groups on Trueflame during West Coast primetime. (I play DC; can't comment on other factions...there always seem to be EP and AD zeros about, but everybody thinks the factions they don't play are always zeroing, so this could be a perception issue lol.) I've run with several guilds and all their leads seem to be based on the east coast or are on central time. So my question is twofold:
A) Is there a DC-based PvP guild that regularly runs during West Coast primetime?
And if not
Can we consolidate west coast/mountain players and create an active west coast primetime group?
