Empty(?) Trader Stalls showing "Trader already hired"

In recent months some trader stalls seem to bug out on bidding night and when the switchover occurs show up as empty. When you try to hire them for the 10K gold they show "Trader already hired" but no guild name over them. I suppose they have already been taken up but the system for some reason doesn't show the name? Some of them show up normally after a day but others are still showing up as empty a couple of days later.
The Outlaw Refuge guilds are more likely to have this error associated with them. This is on EU/PC. This week for example Rawl'Kha Outlaw Refuge had this but the name showed up afterwards. The one in Daggerfall City Outlaw Refuge (which btw does not even have an icon associated with it) was still showing up as empty last night. Wayrest Outlaw Refuge also had this at some point, as well as the Stormhold Outlaw Refuge.
