Looking for Active Role-Playing Guild to share my House With![NA][PC][RP]

Hello!
I'm currently looking for a very active mediumish-populated role-playing guild that is in need of a large RP home. I've spent 100k's of gold on my house and I would like to share it with a friendly and active bunch of players. I do have some house rules of course, no ERP please, or at least don't let me find out about it.
I personally don't RP anymore and would very much like to share my hardwork for your guild's enjoyment. My home is Hunding's Palatial Hall and it comes with plenty of sitting / dining spaces, balcony sitting spaces, full tiki-bar out on the ocean, and will soon include crafting stations once I'm able to get them.
So what do you say? Would you like to save your guild the hassle of spending a ton of in game gold or out of pocket money, plus countless hours trying to make your house look nice, or would you rather just invite me and populate my house with cheer and laughter?
