DC NA - PvP start-up looking for core

Hello, a group of us have come over from Guild Wars 2 and are looking for some more PvP focused players. We were all in GvG guilds and would like to keep the same zergbusting mentality for ESO. We are trying to keep the guild around 10 a night so not looking to mass recruit 100 people. We will also be helping with dungeon grinding/pledges for pvp gear.
I have an idea of a comp I'd like to see but since we are kind of new to the game we are totally open to suggestions.
Some of the requirements of the guild are:
1. Have a mic and use it - communication is really important in fighting outnumbered
2. Be able to admit when you messed up - everyone makes mistakes so own up to them
3. Having a fun attitude - we are a pretty trolly bunch and having fun is why we play video games.
4. CP 160+
I think we'll mostly play between 8pm est and 12 est - not 4 hours worth but within that time frame we'll play until we are bored or have to sleep.
I'm also a streamer that will be streaming our raids - so be okay with comms being streamed. www.twitch.tv/Dyeingaming
