Random Daily Reward... not awarded!

So I was with a couple friends late at night and we were bored, so we decided to do some random normals to boost our mutual friend to LVL 50. Little did we know, the dungeon Finder seems broken and even after completing the Random dungeon that we were assigned, we never received any mail containing our reward or the bonus XP for the daily random.

Fix please!

Same happened on Xbox One NA.

The only difference is once all of us were invited, it changed to activity complete before anyone entered the dungeon and did not give exp.

We completed the dungeon and no exp or award was provided after

You only get the reward if you queue solo for the random dungeon. If 2 or 3 queue in as a group, there is no reward. I believe that this is intended, since they want to encourage solo players to use the dungeon finder.

This is definitely not intended, but a very annoying bug that's been present roughly since the homestead update.
