Lots of Group Finder issues

First off, all of these issues happen when I'm grouped with one friend and we do the group finder together, if that makes any difference.

• Sometimes we get stuck in an endless loop of "Group formed!" and then it cancels and we never go anywhere, and can't leave the queue so we have to log out
• When we do get to the dungeon, all 4 players get kicked out and we have to teleport back in, we can then complete the dungeon as normal
• It just doesn't find us a group sometimes, ever, and we have to search again and it finds one within 3 seconds
• Only the group leader of us gets the daily random rewards in the mail and XP bonus (definitely on the last patch, haven't tested this on the current one so this could have been fixed)
• We still get the 15 minute penalty for searching sometimes when the group finder bugs out and it wasn't our fault
• If someone leaves the group, the find replacement tool doesn't work at all, the UI appears as though I'm just searching for a new dungeon and nobody new can join

Hopefully these get fixed because they're suuuper annoying and I've seen some people's posts from almost a year ago saying they have the same issues
