Build Request Main Tank that always can switch to an effective Range DPS (Any class)

I am open to any builds. I want to be a main tank that can hopefully do trials or whatever the current endgame PVE content is. But when I am not tanking I would pre to walk around as a very effect Range DPS. Bow/magic/whatever just as long as it's ranged. Just want to clarify that I dont mean a tank just swapping one weapon, mean two completely different builds on the same character (gear swap/ect) but trying to not gimp either one. Hope you guys can help.
